JustListenly LLC Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement explains your rights and obligations when enrolling in a JustListenly monthly subscription plan.

1. Subscription Types

JustListenly currently offers monthly subscription plans only.

Subscription plans:

• Renew on a monthly basis

• Include varying numbers of session credits depending on the plan selected

• May be canceled at any time

Your specific plan details, pricing, and included sessions are displayed at checkout.

2. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled.

By subscribing, you authorize JustListenly to charge your stored payment method each month according to your selected plan.

3. Session Credits & Included Time

Each subscription includes session credits, where:

• 1 session credit = one call of up to 5 minutes

• Included session time resets each monthly billing cycle

Session credits:

• Have no cash value

• Cannot be transferred or exchanged

• Expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over

Unused session credits are forfeited at the end of each billing period.

4. Continuation (Overage) Billing — $0.97 per Minute

Continuation billing applies to all users, including subscribers.

If you press “1” during a call to continue beyond your included 5 minutes, you authorize per-minute billing at $0.97 per minute.

Important details:

• Continuation charges:

  • Are billed separately from subscription fees

  • Apply even if you have unused session credits

  • Begin immediately after the included 5-minute session ends

• Continuation billing applies to:

  • Monthly subscribers

  • Free trial users

  • One-time session purchasers

Continuation billing is optional and user-initiated. Charges occur only after you actively choose to continue the call.

Continuation charges continue until you end the call.

5. Price Changes

JustListenly may update subscription pricing from time to time.

If pricing changes affect your active subscription, you will receive advance notice before the new rate takes effect.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

Cancellation:

• Prevents future renewal charges

• Does not refund the current billing period

• Does not refund unused session credits

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable, including:

• Partial billing periods

• Unused session credits

• Continuation (per-minute) charges

No exceptions are made once charges are processed.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

JustListenly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Harassment or abuse

• Fraud or misuse of the service

• Excessive chargebacks

• Violation of the Terms of Use

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

9. Communications

By subscribing, you consent to receive essential service communications, including:

• Account confirmations

• Payment receipts

• Renewal notices

• Service-related messages

• Support communications

Marketing communications, if any, follow your communication preferences.

By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree to:
