JustListenly LLC Billing & Refund Policy

This Billing & Refund Policy governs one-time session purchases, monthly subscription plans, continuation billing, and session credit usage on JustListenly.

1. Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards processed through Stripe.

Your payment information is securely tokenized and is never stored directly by JustListenly.

2. Session Billing

2.1 One-Time Sessions ($4.97)

One-time session purchases include up to 3 minutes of call time.

One-time sessions:

  • Are consumed once a call begins

  • Have no cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • Do not roll over

2.2 Subscription Sessions

Monthly subscription plans include session credits, where:

  • 1 session credit = one call of up to 5 minutes

  • Included session time resets each monthly billing cycle

  • Unused session credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over

2.3 Continuation Mode ($0.97 per Minute)

Continuation billing applies to all session types, including one-time sessions and subscription sessions.

Before the included session time ends, callers will hear a message similar to:

“If you’d like to keep talking, press 1 to continue at $0.97 per minute.”

Pressing “1” authorizes immediate per-minute billing until the caller ends the session.

Continuation charges are:

  • Billed immediately

  • Rounded up to the nearest full minute

  • Final and non-refundable

Continuation billing is optional and occurs only after the user actively chooses to continue.

3. Subscriptions (Monthly Only)

JustListenly currently offers monthly subscription plans only.

Subscriptions:

  • Renew automatically each month

  • May be canceled at any time

  • Remain active until the end of the current billing period

There are no annual or long-term subscription commitments.

3.1 Monthly Plans

Monthly plans include a defined number of 5-minute session credits per billing cycle, as disclosed at checkout.

Unused subscription session credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over.

4. Refunds

Because JustListenly provides immediate-access digital services, all sales are final.

4.1 We Do Not Offer Refunds For:

  • One-time session purchases

  • Used subscription session credits

  • Continuation (per-minute) charges

  • Completed or partially completed calls

  • Accidental or unintended “press 1” authorizations

  • Partially used billing cycles

  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal

4.2 Subscription Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.

You may cancel at any time to prevent the next monthly renewal, but no refunds are issued for the current billing period.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute charges through your bank or payment provider, JustListenly may submit supporting evidence including:

  • Call metadata

  • Timestamp records

  • “Press 1” continuation consent logs

  • Subscription agreement acceptance records

  • Session credit usage details

Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account termination.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time.

Cancellation:

  • Stops future monthly billing

  • Does not refund prior payments or used credits

Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the charge up to five (5) times.

If payment remains unsuccessful:

  • Your account may be paused or suspended

  • Access may be restored once payment is resolved
